Enroll In Your Benefits Online

Login to your benefits using the “Enroll Online” button below. If you are a new user, you will need to select “Register as a New User”, then you will be prompted to fill in your First/Last name, the Company Identifier “Cedarbridge”, the PIN which is the last 4 digits of your SSN, and then your birth date (mm/dd/yyyy).
